De acuerdo con la información oficial, el combustible presuntamente estaría destinado a la producción de pasta base de coca por parte del grupo armado organizado residual (GAO-r), estructura Iván Ríos.

La Armada de Colombia, a través de la Brigada de Infantería de Marina No. 4, incautó 1.950 galones de gasolina de procedencia extranjera en el municipio de Tumaco.
 
De acuerdo con la información oficial, el combustible presuntamente estaría destinado a la producción de pasta base de coca por parte del grupo armado organizado residual (GAO-r), estructura Iván Ríos. El procedimiento hace parte de las acciones de la Fuerza Pública para combatir las economías ilícitas y afectar las actividades logísticas de los grupos armados ilegales en el Pacífico nariñense.
